THE SUNDAY DRIVERS
The Sunday Drivers is a group of Spanish Indie-Pop, founded in Toledo in 1999.
Winners of several novel bands competitions, including the "Contest of Young Artists from Castilla La Mancha, where the are from. They have given their songs to ads, as the promotion of Castilla La Mancha. They have recorded in "Radio3 Concert" at least three times, or played at the "Gala of Music Awards, where they handed over the award for best national artist Michael Rios. They have had a considerable success in countries such as France (where they toured and performed with artists such Beastie Boys), Holland (where they performed at the "Eurosonic" one of the largest in Europe), or Greece, but without forgetting their roots.
In Spain they have been the opening act for artists the likes of Wilco and Coldplay, or played in major festivals such as the IFF in more than once, being praised by critics. They even toured several European concert accompanied by a symphony orchestra.
